Kelly Construction Services, Inc. began operating in November of 2006 as a Women Owned Small Minority Business Enterprise Construction Company. We have completed projects for Connecticut Department of Transportation, Connecticut Department of Developmental Services, Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, University of Connecticut, and several Task Labor projects for the State of Connecticut. Kelly Construction Services, Inc. can complete a wide variety of projects such as; interior renovations, roofing, mechanical upgrades, exterior renovations, masonry, and emergency services.
