Ms. Kelly Fisher

Kelly Fisher is the founder of Kelly Construction Services. Ms. Fisher has assumed many responsibilities over the years in the field as well as in the office. Multi-tasking is one of Kelly Fisher’s biggest contributions to the company. Ms. Fisher has taken several management related courses to stay ahead of today’s challenging changes in the corporate business world and the construction industry.

C. Christopher Katzer

Responsible for general oversight of all corporate office personnel and Project Managers. Oversees work schedules, manages subcontractor amounts including contract awards, project payrolls, invoice approvals and payments. Oversees Project Administrators and Superintendents; monitors phase progress, troubleshooting, site safety and project timelines; Generates weekly reports, approved submittal packages and tracks subcontractor daily logs.
William Baker
Project Manager

Mr. Baker is a solutions-focused, diligent professional with a comprehensive background in construction superintendence and construction management. Mr. Baker has proven success in managing and completing multi-million dollar projects on-time and under budget while working under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Mr. Baker is highly versatile and adept at quickly mastering new roles and responsibilities. Mr. Baker has a reputation for integrity, perseverance, and a strong work ethic. Mr. Baker has built his career steadily while learning all facets of the construction business from the ground up; including excelling with the use of the tools and equipment on the site through implementing successful management and administrative strategies as a project manager.
Lawrence E. McMann III
Project Manager

Mr. McMann has had much success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, modular buildings and multi-unit/level complexes for Federal, State and private-sector clients. Experience includes managing crews of up to 150 in special projects, facilities construction programs, commercial improvements, asbestos abatements, and a variety of other construction / demolition projects. Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and a high-quality project completions.
